BVPT Trainers are Certificate IV qualified at the very least, which means they’ve been trained in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition, and focus on regular ongoing training to update their skills. They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you individually to ensure you’re training at the right pace for your needs and goals.
